1948 |  The year AIESEC was founded.
That’s when this organization got the name AIESEC – we were called AIESE before this point in time.

32,000  |  The number of young people who are currently experiencing AIESEC.

107  |  The number of countries we have AIESEC activities in.
Several countries were approved to join the global network at IC 2008 in Brazil,     so we now have AIESEC activities in over 100 countries!

3,500  |  We partner with over 3,500 organizations globally.
These include sponsors, TN takers, other Employers, etc.

1,100  |  We are currently present in over 1,100 universities.
Although we have more than 600 LC’s, many LC’s have a presence in numerous universities.

4,450  |  We provide unique exchange experiences for over 4,450 youth annually.
This is given our latest exchange statistics.

7,500  |  Each year, over 7500 leadership opportunities are available.
Youth around the world engage in all sorts of projects in leading a team of at least three people for more than three months. This number is constantly increasing.

800,000  |  We have impacted over 800,000 people in society through AIESEC.
This number is calculated taking into account an average of 15,000 members per year (taking into account low and high years in terms of membership) throughout our existence.

670  |  We have over 600 LC’s (Local Committees).
The actual number is 671, and as you can see from the number above, many LC’s are covering several universities.
