Hiring a Trainee is as simple as 1,2,3,4

  1. Fill out a contact form and set up a meeting with AIESEC Austin to discuss your company’s needs.
  2. Provide a job description with specifications for trainee.
  3. AIESEC will contact you with pre-screened candidates who meet your specifications. AIESEC will arrange the method, time, and date for interviews.
  4. After making a hiring decision, AIESEC will arrange travel documents and expenses for your trainee.

AIESEC’s Responsibilities

Providing candidates who meet company-specified criteria, arranging interviews, taking care of the trainee’s travel, and providing cultural orientation to the trainee.

The Company’s Responsibilities

Contacting AIESEC for candidates, initiating interview, and the final decision.
