Our innovative development process enables our members to:

Our university chapters are entirely student-run and allow our members to manage the operations of what is essentially a small business. An executive team, with support teams formed around our functional activities, manages the activities of each university chapter.

Build practical skills and experience in areas such as: sales & marketing, finance & accounting, HR, project management and public speaking.

Through managing our Global Internship Program and leadership development programs, our members gain experience in numerous functional areas. From interacting with our corporate partners, to managing the finances of our university chapters, to speaking at our numerous events, our members are able to build relevant practical skills and experience.
